Join Sarah and Eleanor Mann for an in-depth holistic parenting workshop.

Monday 19th March and Friday 23rd
9:30 to 1pm
$165 per person

Sarah and Eleanor bring together their professional experience in children's health and nutrition, child centred play therapy and Breathwork for parents wanting skills and support with parenting and parent child relationships.

- Learn about and practice simple play therapy skills to support  your child's emotional and
 social development.
- Learn how to 'hold space' for your child to process and understand their experiences
- Learn about healthy attachment
- Learn how to identify your own childhood "stuff" and how it may influence your parenting
- Learn how you can support your child's emotional wellbeing with simple naturopathic
- Learn nutritional foundations for healthy emotional development
- Learn how to support your child's unique temperament and constitution with naturopathy    
  and play therapy.

Come away with new skills for approaching parenting challenges and reduced charge within your own family dynamics.

There will also be time to workshop your own unique situation with Eleanor and Sarah.

Babes in arms are welcome, but ideally this will be a space where we can speak freely about our children, the challenges and the joys, therefore it is not appropriate for toddlers and children. 

Eleanor (BA Soc Sci (couns), BA Psychology(Hons), Dip Breathwork, Grad Dip Child Centred Play Therapy) is a counsellor specialising in Breathwork and play therapy, two modalities that tap into the individuals inherent wisdom and capacity to listen, know and heal. She holds a profound space for healing, and is a well-respected practitioner.  

Sarah is a qualified Naturopath (AssocDegClinSci, AdvDipNat, mNHAA) with expertise in Herbal Medicine, Nutrition and Homeopathy. Her work recognises the interplay between emotional and physical wellbeing and supports children's unique and healthy nature to come forward. 

Sarah and Eleanor have extensive experience in changing parent child dynamics through self development and awareness and attachment parenting principles.
