Amanda discovered Yoga as a young person and over the years has practiced many styles, including Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa and Yin. Inspired by the practice of Yoga and all it has to offer people  she completed her Yoga Teacher training on the Far South Coast of NSW. She has a 200hr  multi-yoga qualification, and is certified by Yoga Alliance.

Inspired by the different aspects and styles of Yoga,  Amanda focuses on movement that is nourishing, kind and sustainable. Incorporating asana, pranayama and meditation her classes are an invitation to listen to your body and come home to yourself. 

The  use of supportive props is optional and assists in making the movements accessible to every body and facilitates deep relaxation. All equipment for Amanda's classes is provided.
